Then I'd start NG+ and try to save them.

My Shepard's LI is Tali, so it would go like...
Shep: Dammit, some one get Omnigel on the double!
Tali: Shepard, it's to late. Even if you were to stop the bleeding, I would still die of infection.
Shep: Tali, don't give up, there's still hope.
Tali: Shepard, you've always been there for me, from the time we first met, when you defended me from Fist's thugs, to defending my name against charges of treason, and even now you comfort me in my last moments. You have given me and the entire galaxy hope. Don't waste your efforts on me.
Shepard: Tali, I've given hope to everyone, but if you go, I'll have none for myself.
Tali: You're strong Shepard. You'll be ok. You always have been and always will be.
Shepard: Tali, I love you. You need to stay around long enough so I can build us a house on the homeworld.
Tali: I know Shepard. I love you to. But I no longer need the home world, as my home is in your heart. (she dies)
Shep: (To sad music, takes off her mask and kisses her, and sheds some tears. for the rest of the battle, sad music plays while Shep mows down enemies in contiuous adreneline rush).
At the end of the game, to a setting sun, he would finish putting the last bit of dirt on a grave on the homeworld, with an inscription that reads:
"Here lies Tali' Zorah Shepard vas Normandy, who gave her life defending all life in the galaxy."
Then Shepard would watch the sunset, look at her grave one last time, and leave, and in the background see the beginning of a quarian city in the making.

Liara's plot armor is coming off in ME3. Near the end. I say we'll need her to 'join minds' again so bioware won't let us kill her off at the start.

Please no....

The Jennifer Hale interview has me pretty scared about what happens to the VS. My Sheps are all much stronger than I am, so they would be able to finish the mission without Kaidan, but I would probably be too upset to continue playing for a bit...
What did she say that makes you so scared? I followed the entire interview yet I can't remember her saying anything about the VS...
In The New Yorker interview she talked about lines she recorded about "A/K". They explained that it was Ashley and Kaidan, and what roles they played in ME1/2. From the article:
"The new scene involved a tense exchange between Shepard and A/K. The first line of dialogue was simple enough: "Let her/him go." But Hale had to say it multiple times, with different emphases, in order to communicate every possible state of alarm with which Shepard would react to A/K. Hale did her customary four takes of "Let her go," which she followed with four takes of "Let him go." Two were growly, hateful takes, and two were hard, urgent takes. As she finished, Hale flexed as if to indicate a deepening transformation into Shepard. She was then told that her lines had to be recorded as though she were running.
"I have a question," Hale said. "It's pretty emotional for Shepard here. How big do you want it?" (Mac) Walters explained that he wanted Shepard to seem more of "a real character" in this game, a character who showed "his frailty." At Walters's use of the masculine pronoun for Shepard, Hale smiled. "I want Shepard's vulnerability to come out," Walters went on, "even though not every player will choose to experience it."
"Is Shepard sick of fighting?" Hale asked. Walters winced in slight equivocation. When recording with Mark Meer, they had tried to communicate a war-weary Shepard he said. "But we got feedback that the male Shepard sounded whiny."
"Hale went through the "Let her/him go" process again, recording five takes this time.
"I'll take Five as the keeper," Livingstone said. "And Four as a backup. Hale's next line was "No!" Livingstone turned to Walters and asked, "Is this a panicked 'No' or an angry 'No'?"
"It's a"-Walters hesitated-"futile 'No'." Hale nodded. "No!" she said, stirringly, a moment later.
"More compassion," Livingstone said. "Less heightened." Hale tried again, and her "No!" seemed to emerge from some alarmed, half-strangled place in her throat."
I suppose I could have cut half of that out, but I thought it was all interesting.

John would, despite being a Soldier and relatively withdrawn, would be very devastated if his Tali died. He would then kill off the Geth and live on the Quarian homeworld in a small house.
Aneska, being a psycho renegade, would be a bit pissed that her piece of blue property was killed and will retaliate out of possessive rage. She wouldn't be particularly teary-eyed though, more of "B!tch how dare you kill whats mine >:U " Then she would go off and kill some folk with her BFF Morinth.
Dean is my gay Sheploo, so he is currently FOREVER ALONE. At least until ME3 comes out XD If he does find some compatible man candy he would be very much aghast at their death, kill those responsible then retreat further away from others.
Margo is currently single, but has a fondness for her smartass pilot. If he dies she won't be amused.

Nate would hurl himself from suicide mission to suicide mission, refusing to end his own life but also unwilling to try and live it.
Sid would shut down, seeing it as all the more reason not to form attachments. He'd continue on, focusing more on his career and influence, he'd become even more of an emotionally crippled bastard and eventually die old, massively successful and alone.
Areya is the only one of my favourite three that might get through it. Not because she loved her LI any less but more because her outlook on life and her upbringing would push her to carry on. She'd remember who she's lost but she'd be more inclined to live for the both of them.
