My computor crashed recently while playing ME2 and oddly ALL of my achievements and keybindings were lost. the keybindings were easy enough to fix and the achievements I normally don't care at all about, but this seems to have prevented the game from recognizing that I have completed the game already (taking away bonus credits and resources at the begining of a new game) and now I have NO access to any bonus abilities under advanced training. Can anyone help me?

I'm no expert, but you could probably just download someone elses game, and re-customize your face.

my savegames were unaffected. they were all still there but my achievements were all gone.

You can check the Mass Effect wiki to find out how to create a keybind which will give you all your achievements back.
