So I ordered a ladie's shepard's favorite tee. The size chart for an XXL says it's 28" long and 20" wide, but the actual shirt I recieved was 25" by 15"...WAAAAAAY smaller than the +/- 1 inch variance the store terms state. I told this to support, but they still insisted that it wasn't a defect...so they want ME to pay return shipping. This happen to anyone else? Because it's kind of funny that essentially recieving a small even though I ordered an XXL isn't considered a defect.

I can see why your upset about that. Being sent something that clearly not what it says is an error and something you have no control over. I think thats a little cheeky asking you to foot the bill especially as their return policy states:

"If the return is due to a mistake on our part (ie. we shipped you the wrong size or the shirt has a defect), we will pay for the return shipping costs..."

Either way you look at it they have either sent you the wrong size or its a defect. Which to me fits the outline in the returns policy. Send a pm to Ms Domino I would say.

Zippy,

Please forward me a photo of the defect. (This is policy.) If another one of these shirts is available, I will certainly try to get one out to you.

That is policy? I certainly would have sent them a picture...IF support had told me to do so. I'll definitely PM you a pic if it will help.
