EDIT: I've managed to register it now. The problem with the site not responding was the source of the overall problem. I tried again, entered all 13 numbers and it worked. 


I attempted to register my ME2 game for 360 so I could post in the restricted forums (Storyline/Strategy). The Register page informed me that I needed the numbers underneath the bar code on the back of my game. These numbers were set out in a pattern

X  XXXXX  XXXXX  X

That is, One number, the start of the barcode and some lines separating it from the next set, 5 numbers, some more separation lines, another 5 numbers, the end of the barcode's lines, then another number. This totals in twelve numbers

What I have on the other hand, is a bit different. Perhaps because I'm in the EU, I don't know. But it's set out like this

X XXXXXX XXXXXX

That is, one number, start of the barcode's lines, 6 numbers, some lines separating it  then another six numbers. This totals in thirteen numbers.

Which numbers do I use? Is there an option for EU games so I can use all thirteen?

I previously tried entering all 13 and hitting enter and clicking register, but the site didn't do anything. Should this happen (entering an incorrect code results in the site not reacting/changing/acknowledging my attempt?
