An allergic reaction is basically an overreaction from the immune system on something that isnt necessarily a threat, putting it simply. So, weakening her immune system would logically nullify the threat of an allergic reaction. Seeing as how she can only truly get sick from Turian germs, theres no reason they cant have sex.

She very well could have taken immuno boosters for all other contaminents and something to lessen the reaction to anything present in humans that she would/could get from shepard.  After all she said she has to do research if it was something as simple as a penicillin type shot why the need for research ?

That said the choice was Tali's if she wants to and you put her off the relationship would suffer for it.  I trusted what she said and it worked out.

Um.....ok.  So other romance opitions arn't easy to get along with?  Can you be more specific.

For me, i go for Tali everytime.

1: Miranda = Good to look at, but boring and arrogant on the inside (personal opinion)

2: Jack = She would have potential if they didn't put so many tats on her, i mean that many tats is just ugly, the character story is quite interesting and i always help her through it when i play the game, but i would never romance her because the tats are just so freaking off-putting.

Love and Logic usually do not mix... the Heart wants what the heart wants

But most people that state "Oh I think that Bioware should make Tali grotesque" or insult us Tali-mancers in other ways are just socially maladjusted trolls that take pleasure in the denial of joy to others. Bioware had balls to take a chance with the Tali romance and it payed off. I love the character and will continue to do so regardless if others "Don't understand it" or not.

Sad isn't it, it degrades to a conversation merely about sex, romancing her can me more than a physical relationship/dependency. She is one of the more intelligent cast members, as well as noble to the cause with great familial values and such. My only regret is that in ME1 I romanced Liara, because she followed a similar character background as Tali (seriously wtf happened in ME2), that and you couldn't romance Tali so "shrugs" ...needed that achievement

There are some who see her character and just throw her away because she is "annoying" at first. Yet, its satisfying in the end. I don't hate a single romance in ME. Sure there are characters that I like more then others, but I have tried them all, and found what makes them great. So you and I love the Tali romance the best, Who cares? What makes ME what it is--- is player choice. If you don't understand a romance, let it go. We will try to explain it, but in the end, its kind of like the age old children's problem... "Why do you like red over blue?"

Tali is a amazing charecter and derserves all the love she gets. If jack wasnt here, she would be my LI

Does she really deserve the mass of uncouth mouthbreathers worshipping her that she's currently got (decent nosebreathing fans exempt)?

If you ask me, no fictional character or work deserves that. That's how disasters like the Brony fandom are born.

I don't know, ponies can be a lot of things, even the Wu-Tanga Clan.
