I give you guys the details need just over a week ago and still, no response. My support case is still 'in progress' When i was repeatidly told that i could have my order sent 'the next day after giving my CC info again' quoting one of them.
This is extreme laziness and slow progress Treehouse. I don't care what reason, you are making me work for my order when i have no need to. It's your job to do so and at a reasonable rate. Get your act and speed together guys, because my patience for this lithograph is getting extremely thin.
I am starting to think that you guys will never give me my litho and give me another, just like a Tali lithograph buyer not long ago.

Also, since we went above and beyond to accommodate your request for a lithograph, when the initial order did not process correctly, your order was placed manually. Manually placed orders do not flag a shipping email to be sent to the customer.
Your order is being shipped out to you today, if it has not already shipped.

The store stated very clearly that we were not shipping due to inventory - and unfortunately, I took the weekend off. Please understand that even under normal circumstances orders can take a day or two to process.
Pro answers are pro. Nice to see this.

For almost 6 weeks? Please do not hide behind excuses.

Antique, your lack of appreciation and complete disregard for the accommodations that were made for you is apparent. Your lithograph is on its way to you, as promised.
What's the expression? No good deed goes unpunished.
Sometimes going above and beyond is never appreciated.

While i appreciate the recent update on the situation of the lithograph. Do you still know what triggered this out burst?
A lack of communication, weekly updates that i must ask for on the status of the lithograph is worrying.
As i am sure you full well know, when something goes wrong. Communication is the key to solving the problem and your updates, twice within the last day, is what has quelled the flames in my response.
