Well, for one, the longer an organic is near reaper technology the more husk-like they become, Saren is an obvious example, he eventually became a Turian husk. He didn't impale himself on a husk spike.

Sovereign gave him new implants after Virmire, which he tells you in the Citadel tower, and he wasn't a husk.  He was an avatar, like Grayson. Husks are dumb muscle, and aren't directly controlled.  He didn't just magically acquire those implants by being indoctrinated.  Read the Codex.  That ain't how it works. The other stuff he already had were just cybernetic prosthetics.

Yes I remember them saying that he had cybernetic implants, but during the last fight with Saren when Sovereign fully melds with his mind, Saren becomes a husk, or at least has the appearance that a husk is generally known for, now don't tell me that Sovereign gave him miraculously instantaneous implants so that he could better control him and make him stronger. Either that or the implants grew through higher levels of indoctrination.

It's probably safe to say that Soveriegn assumed direct control through the implants. Shepard can even say that "Hes controlling you through your implants! cant you see that?"

Look where things are at the beginning of ME3 - The Reapers are in the Galaxy laying waste to the major species' homeworlds, exactly as they planned.

This is where you're wrong, my friend. The reapers attack Earth first. Every single reaper. Now the question is why do the reapers go after one race that they feel is so beneath them and try their hardest to completely annihilate them before they go to the citadel and begin their usual sweep of the galaxy?

They aren't just targeting humans though. We already know they've been through Batarian space because they unleash husks made from Batarians when they invade Earth. We've also been told in various interviews that husks made from numerous species show up over the course of the game, and it's been stated (I think it was in a Gameinformer article a little while ago) that the Turian homeworld has been evacuated because of a Reaper attack. Plus there's the gameplay segment shown at E3 where Shepard encounters a Reaper on a planet that's not Earth. Besides, at this point we don't know how many Reapers are attacking Earth, or even how many Reapers actually exist.

Yes I know, I'm not trying to dispute that Saren didn't have implants and that that wasn't how he was being controlled, I was stating that after Saren dies, he turns into a Husk-like form. If you look at his body during the time Sovereign takes complete control over him and the final battle ensues, He has noticably more implants over his body, that couldnt have just appeared out of nowhere in less than a couple of minutes.

Well assuming that people on Earth have no idea that there is a reaper attack going on and they still don't believe that the reapers are nonexistant, even though there is a Human Councilor. So, despite there being footage of reapers attacking other planets, one can conclude that Earth was the first planet to be attacked. Also, I wasn't saying that the reapers were coming solely for the Humans, instead I was saying that the Humans seem to be priority #1.
