Has anyone managed to make Shepard's face in the face creator? If so, what are the specs?

By "Shepard's" face I assume you mean Sheploo's face, because Shepard can have any face that's the player makes him/her. If so, it's not possible to make because it's based on a real male model.

Sheploo has his own textures and custom appearance which is impossible to make in the CC. Im sure people have tried to get it near, but it will be still so far off you may as well just use the default face.

I made a custom Shepard that looks almost exactly like the box art Shepard using Sheploo's face textures and hair.
