You'd think that in the 22nd century they'd have automatic fish feeders, but NOOOOOOOOOOO! :(

The only choices are to either chat up Kelly Chambers (who will offer to feed them for you after you have supper with her), or run to The Loft and feed your fish after EVERY mission. Nothing else for it.

Bad translator, or dropout? Anyone?

Sorry, I don't mean to be... Mean. That post just... Wow.:blush:

But for me, I just cut out the middle man; no fishies, no death.

I'm going with bad translator on this one on this one. If it was a dropout then standard English conventions to show possessives would be used.

But yah, flirt with Kelly or feed the fish after every mission.

Kelly never feeds my fish no matter how much I chat her up. The safest way is to feed them yourself after every mission.

It does take awhile, but if you flirt with her each time you return from a mission, she will eventually spend the night in your quarters, and then offer to feed them for you. The flirting works especially well after you acquire another female for your squad, and it provides an opportunity to compliment Kelly.

After Samara's recruitment is when you get the chance to invite Kelly up for dinner. The next time you speak to her after that, is when she offers to feed your fish.

I was always wondering if there is a way to mod the game, to just set a fish-feeding value in the coalesced.ini or some such. Anyone have an idea?

I think I missed all the flirting and the final trigger in my first playthrough, and didn't even know about it till after. That is where it seems to happen.

The only references to fish in the coalseced.ini have to do with either purchasing, or the "krogan wants a fish" quest. Likewise, only references found for "feed" has to do with forcefeedback controllers.

I just want to know how I can get my hands on some jellies. So envious of Liara's apartment and her aquarium with something other than just fish ;_;

@Quething:
I hear you. My tank just doesn't seem complete without the jellyfish. Too bad they weren't available for purchase.

Don't worry about it.  We know what you meant, which means it was good enough.
