I've been gaming since the early 80's and there are so many reasons for chosing so many games, but when it comes to just a sheer amount of hours I have pumped into one game then Dragon Age Origins wins by a mile.

A tie between Portal 2 and The Witcher 2. This year has been amazing for video games. Both Portal 2 and The Witcher 2 nearly made me cry.
PS. Now if only I had a decent PC to play TW2 on....That would be amazing.
