2) Prey 2 (I never played the first Prey game but It was by far the best demo in this year's E3)
3) Age of Decadence (We have seen a lot of gameplay so it should come out in 2012)

I was going to say the next Half Life game or Dead State but there is a good chance they will come out 2013 and not 2012.

Same here, Mass Effect 3 is the only game I'm planning on buying in 2012 at the moment.

Mass Effect 3 is the only game that I'm truly excited about.
Still, Borderlands 2 and Tomb Raider are 2 other games that I'll get for sure.

Guild Wars 2. I think that's it. No idea if Dead State is releasing next year. If so, throw that on the pile. I plan to buy ME3, but I'm not frothing at the mouth with excitement for it. Everything I want to buy was or will be released this year.

I would've picked something else instead of Darksiders but thus far those are the only interesting game coming out in 2012 IMO.

I'm pretty excited about the new Tomb Raider, I like what I've seen so far. I've never really been a big Tomb Raider fan before, but this game intrigues me. I'm interested to see how different this game is gonna be from its predecessors, and I like the psychological-survival elements implemented into it. Aside from that game I guess Mass Effect 3 and can't really think of anything else.
