Demo keeps logging out; can't open Hayder's Razor

I've beaten the Demo three times, but apparently it keeps losing the connection to the EA servers, because everytime I get back to the main menu, the "Log In/Log Out" button is showing "Log In", and I don't get any code or anything for the item. My Registered Content page doesn't show the item, and when I log into the full game, the item is still grayed out.

I have a satellite Internet connection (HughesNet), and I suspect the reason it keeps losing the connection is because it has a rediculously short timeout period or something. And since I can't save the game in the Demo, I can't just log in and have it tell my linked account that I've completed it.

Windows 7 x64

The Demo is an "actual GAME". And this topic relates to both the Demo and the full game. I can't do something in the full game because something in the Demo isn't working.

The two are separate, and in fact, it's best to uninstall the Demo before you install the game. If you don't know the difference between a Demo and a game's Tutorial segment, don't blame me for telling you to go where you belong, apologize to us for composing a bad complaint.

Slow your roll, Rent-a-Mod. Before you start flaming, I wasn't complaining about anything. I'm trying to get support for the game. I'm trying to unlock a Bonus Item I'm entitled to.

As Gorath said, the place for technical help with the demo (as this is a problem with the demo itself, not a bug with the full game) is in the forum for the demo. That said, if the connection issue is your internet provider, no one here will be able to help you. You might be able to get someone at EA support to add it to your account, but you would need to contact them directly. Support.EA.com
