Demo keeps logging out; can't open Hayder's Razor

I've beaten the Demo three times, but apparently it keeps losing the
connection to the EA servers, because everytime I get back to the main
menu, the "Log In/Log Out" button is showing "Log In", and I don't get
any code or anything for the item. My Registered Content page doesn't
show the item, and when I log into the full game, the item is still
grayed out.

I have a satellite Internet connection (HughesNet),
and I suspect the reason it keeps losing the connection is because it
has a rediculously short timeout period or something. And since I can't save the game in the Demo, I can't just log in and have it tell my linked account that I've completed it.

Windows 7 x64

An EA Support tech was kind enough to give me a code for the Razor after I explained the situation. I guess this closes the issue.

Typical of Bioware/EA to fricking disappointing people and that is just really ticking me off for pulling out the Hayder's Razor out of the demo and that includes with the pre-order items for both the Dragon Age games and not resell them again.
