Its not DLC might be your first misunderstanding. Its the full Expansion to the main game.
But I agree there hasnt been a price drop since it launched.
Combined with all the normal DLC ranging from 5-8 bucks its pretty pricey.
This is why most people buy the "Ultimate Edition" its like $30 includes Origins and the Expansion Awakening and all the other DLC plus is patched up to the most recent patch already.

From what i have i only would only get awakening but i got all the others just for gamerscore but $40 for all of it is quite a high price.
Well Awakening is around 20-30 extra hours of gameplay while all the other DLC is 40 Minutes to 2 or 3 hours of gameplay.
Of course if you did the Ultimate Sacrifice you cant really play Awakening or Golems/Witch Hunt.

Awakening is an excellent expansion. Very well done. it offered me about 17 hours of extra gameplay.

Sure, you can buy it on disk for one, and two it's a bit longer than what you get in typical DLC. But it is short and you can't interact with your companions at will.Bryy_Miller wrote...

Why would you get it off the Playstation network when Amazon has it for under $15.00?sartt wrote...

And negate every single one of your choices from the main game.

After all, the final choice was self-sacrifice, so no benefits are to be expected.

So it's less than what you expect from an expansion, it fails on bringing forward elements of the original game while also not adding anything to that game.Bryy_Miller wrote...

Nope! It worked fine as an Expansion; just a tad high at $40, thus I recommend looking for bundles and bargains.

Is your issue that you just didn't like it? I'm sorry, but it is objectively an expansion. Because they marketed it as one.
