Hello i'm finishing now a fresh installation of DAO , i want know if i have to follow the instruction in the patch page for upgrading witch hunt to 1.1 version or the version i'm downloading now is already the patched one.

The version the game downloads is already updated. You can confirm this in the installed content tab of the downloadable content menu. If you select WH there it will display a description of the content and the version number (1.1) on the right.
