So, almost 12 months after the original purchase, I am still awaiting my set of Mass Effect Figures.

After some correspondance with THBS through open case e-mails, it seems they have been posted to the wrong address.

I ordered both the DA and ME figure packs in the same order and in the time between my original order and the time the order shipped, I changed resedencies. This was updated on my PayPal account and my account with THBS. If memory serves the ME figures were available AFTER the DA figures had been receievd by THBS and shipped, which I have recieved with no dramas, however for some reason the ME figures, were sent to the old address.

Just wanted to get thoughts from people in regards to what I can do, if anything, to get the figures, or am I just screwed?

Well...even if you did change your address on paypal THBS wouldn't have known about it, your address would have been sent to them at the time you made the purchase...so I guess just hope that the people at your old address is nice enough to 'return to sender' other wise...yea, not really THBS fault, nothing they can really do. And I'm pretty sure it's not something they have stock of any more either.
