I'm still fairly new, but the closest I've seen an archer achieve a messy kill is if Leleiana (my archer) uses the skill "Slaying Arrow" (or something to that effect). When the arrow hits, the target gushes streams of blood.

There are no messy kill or special animations for archers(Like the one played when you melee kill a dragon for example)
