So i bought the game on steam installed it, ran it, got blackscreen and hourglass mouse cursor.
Anyone knows what the problem might be?

Based on that non-information? Not a clue. When you make a proper problem report, then perhaps someone can offer assistance.

What information do you want? this is the only thing i know, i figured someone else might havd had the some problem and found a solution, it dosent give me any notification of what is wrong it just does it.
