Whenever I play Mass Effect 2 on my Xbox 360 i seem to have this problem. I think it might have been caused when i started to skip dialogue to much.

The problem is whenever the game goes into a cutscene the ammo type remain on the weapon Im using even if holstered. So imagine Your Shepeard holding out his pistol on a baddie while the rifle on his back is glowing purple with warp ammo. also I've noticed that my shep has a wierd head glitch where if I run in civil areas like the Citidel his head twitches back. Lastly what brought me here is when i recently did miranda loylaty mission and used the Renagade interruption on the eclipse merc to snap his neck but my shepard vanished into thin air.

I've had this problem since my ive played on my launch xbox 360 and recently upgraded to a elite 360. I'd greatly apprecite any help. Thank you

I'm of the opinion that there's little we console owners can actually do about such glitches. As they are usually random there is even less which we can do. (The most we can do to eliminate certain factors would be to clear the cache, though for a usually random problem I'm unsure whether it is really worth doing so.)

However the 'head twitch' I believe is more that there is something that has Shepard's attention; as such I don't think it's a glitch though it does look odd.

Not much I can add; perhaps others can help you.

I'm not sure this is a glitch so much as something that was a pain in the ass to program around, so they just left it in.

This happens to me all the time!!! It didn't the first time I played (when I played off of the disc) but all subsequent times I've played the game (after installing it on the hard drive) this has happened. The other thing that happens to me is when I go to the Presidium to talk to the Council, one of my squadmates is walking around all unnaturally.

Do you have the game installed on your hard drive?

Had wanted to 'say' that perhaps the configuration of the actual hardware was a factor...until I re-read the opening post and noticed the line about the problem persisting between two different models of the 360.

Janus, any idea which model yours is? The thought it could be hardware related appears to be ruled out, but another model would effectively close that route of enquiry.

I have the new Xbox 360 S model. When I played the game on my old Elite (Zephyr mobo) that error never occurred, but I also played off the disc back then.

Strange it has to be 'said'. When I get round to that part of the game I'll keep an eye out to see if it occurs on a Falcon model installed to hard drive.
