Hello Dragon Age community!

I own Dragon Age Origins and I recently decided to play it again. After installing, I went to go look at the downloadable content to install the wardens keep and the stone prisoner. I own both of these plus the pre-order armor. Unfortunately, it asks me to buy them. When I shift-tab on during the game on steam, it says I own the cd-keys to the pre-order, deluxe, and the deluxe game. I have tried activiating them through the bioware social network website but it says the cd-keys have already been used. I also made sure I am logged in. If anyone knows how to fix this, that would be great if you could share. I thank you ahead of time.

The content would have been registered to whatever account you originally used in the game. Under your profile (link under your avatar) you can navigate to your registered content and verify that it is registered to this account. If you are able to log in in-game to the same account, the DLC should show up as available for download. If you have difficulty logging in in-game, see the solutions round-up thread pinned to the top of this forum. If you need further assistance, please see the read first thread also pinned to the top of this forum. If you are having difficulty accessing the account you originally registered the DLC to, official EA support is the only place you can get help: support.EA.com
