Top 3 things most important for you to be worked on with DA3.

2. More conversations with LIs. I liked the idea that whatever I choose to say or do, it somehow triggers some kind of special dialogue/scenes with my LI at certain locations. By that, it lets me know that my LI has been paying special attention to me throughout the game. And can we do away with the corny lines?
3.Companion armor choice. It's been a classic element to RPGs. So bring it back.

2. Increase the scope. More places to play around in. Bigger consequences. (One or or two more overall companions...adds to the replay...some old companions (bring back Varric)...and some new companions, like a female Qunari or a talking darkspawn.)
3. I kind of want some of the skills back, as well. But not a clone of DA:O. Persuasion and Traps are great. But maybe some new skills that can change the gameplay, style, and give more options in combat or in conversation.

1. Ability to speak with companions, on the road also, kiss/tent time anytime.
2. Armor customizations on NPC´s.
3. Deep story where choices matter, silent PC, different opening origins stories.

2. Blood magic is supposedly really powerful so how about a demon summoning spell. It could improve with level - low level blood mages summon rage demons whereas an end game mage could summon a pride demon. It could be balanced by having say a 20% chance of the demon turning on you. A "last resort" spell might be fun as well where you summon lots of demons and they attack everyone (your party and enemies both). Oh and maybe some mind influence options in dialogue for blood mage.
Oooh, I really like that one. I'm a sucker for summoning spells.

The common response is "I'm roleplaying and in love", but I honestly think that's a cop-out in a majority of cases.

I'll admit there are certain emotional moments in DA2 that I would have liked more than just verbal support (an arm around the waist and head on a shoulder, or a kiss on the forehead or hair kind of thing) in certain cutscenes that would have added to the weight, but while it would be nice to kiss my LI hello every once and awhile, I agree that jumping the person every time you walk through the door isn't exactly the way to go

2. For the devs to do what they feel they should to make the best game possible
3. For the devs to not concede to the demands of the "fans" as there is little to no consensus to their likes and dislikes

Heck, even Morrigan would tell you to stop it after a while.

Not at all, I remember something like this being mentioned in the strategy guide (collector's ed) for Origins. And it makes sense too, considering how Flemeth, by example, taught her to regard sex.
I never played a male during Origins, but I always liked the scenes when I got my friendship up with Morrigan. I'm not sure if it was DG or one of the other writers who handled that scene, but between the writing and Claudia Black's handling of the dialogue, it was one of the most powerful scenes in the game.
I think what needs to be done, and I know John Epler's mentioned it, is that conversation needs to meld more with animated action. A line of dialogue where it would be appropriate for a hug as it's said, or a punch, or numberous small actions that make up communication beyond the spoken or written word.

2. A cohesive story, sans framed narrative, that makes sense and doesn't leave me wondering what on earth the point is in the first act, wondering why my character is the only sane person in the city during the second act, and completely frustrated with my inability to change anything in the third.
3. A silent protagonist that I am able to customize to my hearts content in regards to race, appearance, and class, with non-paraphrased dialogue options, that actually gets to know their companions/love interests without wondering who the crazy people following them about are for over half the game.

Can it please get back on track. This arguing and debating, picking on other opinons is what I asked not to do right at thread first post and followed it up midway when started getting off track first time. There is enough threads about bickering between different opinions, I would like people to respect other peoples choices and not argue with them or make them forced to justify or defend their choices to other fans. State your own top three and then let others do theirs, if wish to debate/argue about another person choices there are other threads designed specifically for that.

@Bryy posting below, thats not why I created this thread.
I was hoping this thread would be like the CC thread but with a more focused and actual thinking hard about what matters most to people hence the limit to three items (most important to each fan), with own structure and method to make easy to understand.

A reminder, once again, that this is not a discussion thread.
Was hoping what John said there in the CC thread could be applied for this one too. I guess people on here can't resist arguing and nit picking over what other people might want or respect other peoples choices and move on in the case of this one thread of which asked for such a thing to happen. If I could have made a poll with answers for everything I would of gone that route but I can't, was hoping people would understand why I made this thread the way I did to avoid derailing and become just another random ****** for tat as others attack each others opinions and choices. There was reason for the structure and seems noone bothered to understand why I did that.

It would be nice. Of course. Totally. But development cycles are mostly about money vs. time, not quality. A game getting delayed is a very, very good thing, but it also is a double-edged sword in making your company look like a liability.
EDIT: Dragoon, while I understand your point, I don't think having actual discussion is a bad thing.

2. Origins
3. Seeing the effects of our choices without having things simply occur regardless (like mages kidnapping my brother from the wardens even though I was a mage and hardcore pro mage)

Saint, you ever have a friend clap you on the shoulder in congratulations? Or the completely stereotypical woman smacks a man for something he just said.
I'm talking body language that goes with the dialogue. I think that if what Mr. Epler talked about is possible aka a more robust procedural system to handle certain animations and tie them with dialogue, it's go a long way to enhancing the storytelling and having it be organic rather than just inputted commands. It's more natural to have both together rather than pick a line of dialogue then pick an action.
An example: Flirting with a potential LI. Rather than picking the flirt line THEN being given the option of a physical action as a followup it would be more natural for the line to go right into say a kiss on the cheek.
Or if you're pissed at someone (G-d knows I wanted to do this to a certain member of the chantry) you says something and then slap them hard enough to knock their eye balls out. I think it's the next step in storytelling and characterization.

2. Slower warrior combat pace i.e no sliding across the map. I liked the rogue and mage combat pace.
3. More Mage armor. Champion and mage dlc item armor were nice. Can you tell I like mages ha.
There were other things but these are just at the top of my head.

2) More suitable art style - The darkspawn went from kinda generic in Origins, to the very excellent disciples in Awakening, to the...very very bad ones in DA2. Seriously, they were bad. The Qunari in 2 were great. The elves were kinda a mixed bag, with Fenris and Merrill looking fine, but a lot of the less important NPCs looked weird. Human faces even, despite seemingly looking less abstracted and more "face-like" in 2, still have an odd cartoony look that I'm not convinced is suitable for the Dragon Age franchise.
3) Detachable camera for PCs! Preferably of the tactical camera variety that we had in Origins. If not that, at least the detachable cam for AoE attacks that consoles had in DA2 that for some reason we didn't get! Despite the fact that, if I recall correctly, one of the devs' stated aims was to make the features of the various versions more in line with each other this time around! Seriously, if there's one thing about DA2 that makes me actively angry, as opposed to just unhappy or disappointed, it's that. What the heck, Bioware?

While I won't speak for Bryy, some of the ideas that came to me sparked off of his comments. Lists are all well and good, but they can get boring after a while as it ends up being a lot of people saying pretty much the same thing. And it's not like Bioware isn't already getting this in the CC thread. Dialogue can be just as important, and it's not always complaining about someone else either...
Unless John or Stanley comes down on us, I don't see any reason why we can't discuss each others lists, as well as make them.
Edit: Dragoon, see my sig. Unless a thread on a board is being rigidly controlled, there are going to be digressions and conversation. It's not something you can change. Once you create a thread, it's out there and who knows what form it will take. It has nothing to do with not being able to read, and everything to do with commincation beyond the basic level of a list. Not that lists are bad, but to quote from Bones "It's sad when discourse becomes suspect".
