Hi,
I'd like to know if it's possible to download the toolset wiki to my laptop for offline access, as I have extended periods of time where I don't have internet access. I'm using Vista and IE.

That's not a standard feature of wikis since it defeats the purpose. I don't know but I sincerely doubt it.

Try to set the site up for offline reading in your browser, or use a web grabber like HTTTrack (http://www.httrack.com/).
