Can anyone suggest a good simple NWNX4/mysql persistent world base system. I am looking for options for my PW.

Most are hand crafted for a given PW - if you were to take one as is you'd have a lot of trouble understanding it enough to add your own features. Perhaps look at HCR which has some basics. There also are some PW's on the vault.
