Question about adding an ME2 save file for ME3.

Since ME3 is not out yet, I know this cannot be answered definitely, but I thought other PC gamers would be able to answer this. My friend owns both Mass Effect's for the 360 and is making the switch to PC. We were debating whether he would be able to create a save file (through a save editor or such) and then import it to ME3 without the previous games on PC. I don't know if this would be something illegal or against the TOS so I was curious. Any help would be appreciated .

Use gibbeds save editor to convert from xbox to pc. As long as you dont do anything untoward like adding extra skill points, it shouldnt be a problem.

It shouldnt be, as your not copying the game in any way. Save game files are basically user generated content, so all you are doing is creating more content.
At the moment there isnt a save game editor for ME3, but likely there will be one withing a month or two of it being released. In the meantime, your mate can just go along and convert his current ME2 completed Xbox saves across to PC format using the existing editor.
