hello all
ive been trying to find a specific mod. iam hoping someone can help out. is there a mod for dialog that shows aligment next to dialog choices? like a response would have the aligment shown next to it in brackets?
Any help would be appreciated

There's no specific mod for that. That's all in the scripting and how it's done, on a per module basis. I suppose someone could possibly script up an entire dialog system, but that would be bloody hard to do for just what you're asking. It's right up there with [lie], [tell truth], [Intimidate], [Bluff] with the difference that some (as Skills) are easier to call up with a script than others (like how is the script going to automatically know that what that dialog is actually the truth or not?)
Alignment should be something you could pick, but then again, alignment makes no difference to the person in what's being said, via any sort of mechanic that affects the conversation. So that would probably have to be something you'd have to manually input for each dialog option.
Sorry, but I am pretty sure that's the way it goes. If I am wrong, someone will come along shortly and point that out.

Like DNO said, there is no mod for this. Alignment would need to have been typed up in the conversation option by the original writer.
If you want to play a module with clear cut alignment-based dialogue options, try Fate of a City by Amstradhero. There are typically 3 or more dialogue options, ordered from bestest good to badest evil.

Are you talking about the NWN2 OC? It's been a while since I played it, but I thought I remembered it being pretty obvious which dialog choices led to alignment shifts. Given how heavy-handedly they were employed, it was hard to avoid.

Agreed. Fate of a City was very well designed from that perspective. Alignment is only relevant to a dialog choice when it's scripted to be, and the writer would also have to tag the dialog manually just as much as he'd have to script the alignment shift on the node manually.
