Pretty much as the title says.

I would be thankfull if somebody actualy questioned Casey sometime about that.

I wonder if Characters such as Miranda, Liara, Ahley Garrus etc would still be intrested in romance with Shepard in case he didnt started romancing them in previous parts of ME, and then changed his mind in ME3 ?
We've heard about new Romance options coming up in ME, but maybe thouse are just old options returning ??
Well after all Shepard might had been busy fightng Saren in ME1 only to realize he was head over heels with Ashley (example) but he never had a chance to confes to her after ME1.
samo goes with faithfull Shepards - one that were loyal to Ashley for the duration of ME2, even thought he started to had feeling for either Miranda or Tali, might finally come to break his relationship with Ash in ME3, and would like to return to Tali or Miri.

There is Ocean of Posibbilities - this aint dating game - t'is true - still would be nice for evry Shepard to have his favorite option.

I Personaly just hope for realy deep and emootional and realy important Romances - they might better be few in  numbers but realy great in writing and grand in scale. I will have my Tali in ME3, and I will fight hard to grant her a bright future, and a homeworld back, but i know that they are folks in there that would like diffrent Romance plots than me. Lets hope Bioware finds a good ballance between options and quatity of thouse.

We don't know...

But I'd tend to think perhaps not. It'd be a big effort on Bioware's part to write 9 or so separate 're-romance' dialogues, just on the off chance that someone missed the option in a previous game.

My guess is that they'll be focusing on any new characters that will be introduced.

This is something many people wonder and many people think will be possible. Personally I'm torn, but in the end I doubt it due to sheer amount of already existing romances they need to continue (9 + Kelly) AND then new romances that have to be written. It will be at least 12 different romances even without 'new romances' with old characters we could, but decided not to romance in ME1/2.

Agree though we should definitely ask Casey this question. I think he would answer this one. Let's mass tweet it to him.

I'm positive you can pursue previously unexplored romance options in ME3. Pretty sure you could get close with Liara in LotSB even if you hadn't romanced her in ME1. Will probably be tougher though, since you are likely to meet the ones you've romanced more.

Anyone volunteer ? Well I dont have Tweeter account so I cant do this personaly  :P Somebody plz ask on my behalf and plz share his answer with us.

@PhatSeeJay  - for certain you can return to Ash  if you had a little fun on the side with Miranda. a couple of Paragon/Renegade points and shes all yours again :D.

They are al thouse Faithfull and pure Shephards who are in trouble :) If they didnt searched for other options in ME2, and they screw the reuninion talk with Ash they are in deep trouble,  without the possibility to hit on Miranda or Tali in her stead.

Back on the main topic - I belive that at least LI returning from ME1 will be romanceable again - becaouse :

1) - A lot of people still didnt play ME1
2) - PS3 still miss ME1
3) - It has been long time since we saw them - its like them almost a new characters...
4) - They are just 2 of them Liara + VS
5) - They are confirmed to be Permanent sqad members - they will be with you for the durration of the game (most of it anyway)- no reason not to romance them if they are there all this time anyway.

Casey be that generous and plz give as hope :)

It'll probably be an option in the intro sequence.

A vague answer was given on twitter recently by lead writer Mac Walters. He said some, but not all previously romancable characters, will be available as love interests in ME3.

Here's the exact Twitter comment, for those curious:

"#ME3 Good question. The answer: Some, but not all."

I'd wager ones like Liara would be available, but ones like Garrus and Tali would not. Especially considering how narrow the window of opportunity was for those ones.

Exactly my guess. Liara for sure + maybe VS (Ash/Kaidan) just to give newbies more than 1 option (Vega/new female). No one else though, would be too much work since they already got old romances to continue.
