Pressing the home button and then looking over to the acheivements page for DA:O there is no spot for some of the acheivements at all. For instance I know for a fact I never got Enthralling but there's not even a spot for it. Really need some help.

If memory serves the 'newer' or 'later' achievements appear towards the end of the achievements page. Has been a while though so I'm not entirely sure.
Can't think of much for this in all honesty so I'm just wondering if you're connected to XBox Live (so the info is updated correctly).

I'm 100% sure I'm connected, and the actual little greyed-out box for Enthralling (and possibly others) isn't there at all. I think it's the same for other games also like Mortal Kombat vs DC (lol) there's no acheivement for beating some of the chapters of story mode

From that bit of info I am starting to think you have a more general issue there which is not limited to DA:O. Tempted to think it's a Gamertag thing which is causing the issue.

I looked into the other Games and it turns out I'm actually not missing acheivements for them, just DA: O. I've googled and searched but haven't found anything similar to this, which isn't a good sign.

Right...let's start with some obvious things. You have the dlc connected with the achievements which aren't showing up, right? (Enthralled is linked to Darkspawn Chronicles.) Not always useful as some games have all achieveable achievements displayed regardless of whether you have the associated dlc/expansion (ooo...that annoys me).
With the enthalling achievement I remember it to be a quite difficult one to obtain. Are you certain you met all the conditions to unlock it? (Obvious, I know but worth eliminating if possible.)
Occasionally there are glitches. Aside from the old fix or reloading I'm not entirely certain what else can be done.
Clearing the cache is a possibility, as certain data may have been 'corrupted', and allowing the game to refresh itself may prove useful. (Link in my 'sig'.)
