Characters not uploading

I got a problem. My acheivements for Dragon age: Ultimate edition are uploading but not my characters. I have checked that upload charcater profile is on. The service is running. My one character has not updated in 4 months of playing now. Why is it now happening? I never had a problem before. The last time it worked was just before I entered the Silverite mine in Awakening. Since then it has not worked. It gave error codes on story xml in my profile diagnostics. Is there any way to fix this? I play logged in always.

This forum is for game bugs on the PC. As this is a site issue, you will find more information in the site forum. Also, at the bottom of every page is a site FAQ that may be able to help you resolve your issues.

I now posted it there. I tried the FAQ but it did not solve the problem. Thanks for the help though.
