I got a problem. My acheivements for Dragon age: Ultimate edition are
uploading but not my characters. I have checked that upload character
profile is on. The service is running. My one character has not updated
in 4 months of playing now. Why is it now happening? I never had a
problem before. The last time it worked was just before I entered the
Silverite mine in Awakening. Since then it has not worked. It gave error
codes on story xml in my profile diagnostics. Is there any way to fix
this? I play logged in always.

I delted the character but it was not deleted from the screen. Is there any way I can get my character to upload? I have two of them that just will not upload. One stopped after I hit level 29 and the other refuses to upload.

It is still not working. I have now finished all the dlc except the Darkspawn Chronicles yet my profile does not reflect this at all. My character is still at level 29 when I am at level 40 in the game. I finished the last two this morning. I left the game running for 3 hours yet all that was uploaded was my achievements. Please can this be looked in to.

As I recall there's a few things that can prevent character uploads from working. The main "culprit" is enabling the console and then forgetting to disable it. There should be some other threads around about character upload problems, might be worth hunting around to see what you can find.

Hi. I see it finally worked but it uploaded my same character three times now. The same one. Two at level 35 and the old one at 29. This is weird. What caused that to happen? I killed the harvester but it does not seem to reflect it. I wonder if I used the wrong save for Witch Hunt.

I have never used the console. I did not know there was one.

Have you checked the site's FAQ? There's a section titled "Dragon Age Player Data" which gives some possible solutions. I always found the DA:O character data uploads to be a pain so I ended up disabling those (as well as screenshot uploads) so now the only info that gets uploaded is achievements.

It seems to me that the DA2 character data uploads work much better, it's just a shame there's no way to manage the DA2 characters that have been uploaded.

Which reminds me of another possible solution. Check your "On-Line Storage Summary" on your "Player Profile Diagnostics" page. You're allowed a max of 50 files with a max size of 100mb. Each character uploaded contains 4 files, so if you have multiple characters and have uploaded any screenshots you can quickly hit the 50 files limit.

EDIT: Just checked your profile, you currently have 8 characters (so IF each character upload included all 4 files that's 32 files) and 18 screenshots so, if each character uploaded their 4 files you are at the 50 file limit.

Hi. I try delete some more characters now. I cleared quite a lot away at the weekend. I had over 13 on the weekend. The one keeps coming back even though I am not using that character.

I read the FAQ and tried the one solution. It seems I have to delete more characters. Normally I don't upload screenshots so I check those as well. Thanks for the advice. Let me see what I can delete.

I deleted all characters except for the three which are complete playthoughs. I also deleted all the screenshots. I am going to turn off screenshot upload and try another character and see if it works now. It should. I have only 12 files out of 50 up now.

Thanks for the suggestion. I never knew there was a file limit. They should increase it.

It did not work. My dlc characters upload but not my Origins and Awakening characters.
