2.) claymore wielding asari commandos are a gameplay thing, i doubt they use them in the lore.
Exactly. A gameplay thing. The same reason applies to Shep using the Claymore and the Widow. He's not superhuman.

No. The game doesn't support that. In fact the game claims that the TIM wanted Shep brought back exactly as he was before.

Execpt he meant that regarding Shepard's mind.

Try to read the descriptions of some the upgrades that improves Shepard's cybernetics. Physicaly he is somewhat superhuman.

Those descriptions are gameplay powerups not backed up in the codex or in game dialogue.

Yes. I knew that was coming next. That could mean anything from removal of scars to better vision than he had before but still doesn't prove superhuman ability.

Miranda also states in one of logs that their orders from TIM is to bring Shepard back as he were before. As in mind and personality. So when TIM refers to "bringing you back as you where before", it is clear that is what he means.
Couple that with Shepard having the comments about upgrades (which the gameplay also reflects with the cybernetic upgrades) and it seems clear that they have given Shepard cybernetics.

The game doesn't state mind and personality. Cybernetics does not equal superhuman. Don't get me wrong; It would great but the game's story doesn't back it up. Shepard talks about a few upgrades and in his own words doesn't consider them to be really important. Superhuman upgrades would be considered significantly important.

a 6 foot lobster will be tougehr than a human lol
Gonna need a lot of garlic and butter...
It all basically boils down to how tough the writer needs to make a given character in a given situation. If I'm writing a level and I need Super Asari, I make the Asari Super Asari. If I need Super Human, I call my character Shepard and write him as super human. If I need a wimpy Asari, the Asari's a wimp. So...what about consistency? Well, you've got super tough humans like Chuck Norris and you've got...Pee Wee Herman...
And you've got a broad contiuum between those two extremes. Asari are probably the same way. You've got your Samaras, Morinths and Liaras, and you've got your Thanas and other run of the mill Asari. Lot's of room for both supers and wimps.

As for the commandos, presumably some of their physical attributes are the result of not natural inclination, but rather gene therapy. All Alliance soldiers get "upgraded" upon enlisting, there's no reason to assume that elite asari don't undergo similar treatments.
