When I first launch the game and press Start to get to the main menu, I receive this error message immediately after the game checks for new downloads:
Unable to access your online profile storage. The game has encountered an error.
Is this a known issue, and if so, is it something I need to be concerned about?

I've been getting this since 3 days after the release of the game. My stats here are frozen at what they were 3 weeks ago.

I don't think its anything to be concerned about, i've had it since i made my account. I have DLC and no hiccups what so ever...at first i was alarmed but my friends get it also i think it has something to do with the XBL server connecting to the bioware server. are you experiencing any gameplay issues?

No game play issues... The issue is with the social networking site... They don't want to talk to each other...

I first got this error after playing Dragon Age offline, which was a couple of days after the release. I was able to log on perfectly for some reason today, but when I quit the game and reloaded, it gave me this error again.
Hopefully they address this soon, word on the net is the patch involving a possible fix for the DLC achievement glitch will work with your online profile. What good would that do if you cannot connect to your online profile, though?
Ah well, still a great game...

I've had it since I started playing the game... My profile does update every now and then.. albeit very, very slowly.. I've finished one game, my character ended at level 23.. She stopped updating at level 21.. None of the other characters I've made and played through their openings have ever updated or shown up but my achievements for those characters has.

How do I even get my 360 and this site to talk? I cannot find a place to enter in my Xbox LIVE ID or something like that here. How does my 360 talk to my account on this site? I can't figure out how it's supposed to work.

Alright, this is irritating. I only have a "xbox live" account to access DLC for this game and others. I have zero other reasons for having the internet hooked up to xbox.
I'm curious why I cannot log into play a single player game when some server is down somewhere...

This started on me to but only after I started playing Dragon Age: Journeys. I got the Embri's Many Pockets item, but know i can not get my amulet because of this. Someone, anyone at bioware with a heart, please let us know what is going on.

I have the exactly the same problem RedRumParty, got the helm and belt, but no amulet and I'm worried about my free 'The Edge' dagger too which should have arrived today. Waiting to srat a new game but really want the items to max what i get early

Ya this is starting to make me a little upset, I mean, if it is enough of a problem that there is a topic on how bad it is, and how many of us it has affected, wouldn't they want to at least let us know that they are working on it? Also, like yourself, duffman1204, I to am waiting for The Edge free download to show up on my game, started playing at 11:45 pm and quit at 3:00 am Central Time, and no downloads, but I didn't get the "Unable to access your online profile." today so, maybe later today, or tomorrow, if not I suppose an email to EA or Bioware might be in order.
