I see Bioware users trawling through on this, hopefully someone will comment on what the problem is or, more importantly when it will be fixed and we can get our stuff.I get the 'unable to access' message when i try to login right at the start, so my new item could be sitting there waiting to be downloaded for all i know. I am playing on nightmare, so a super sweet dagger would make life alot easier early on.

The edge dagger is showing up in my registered game promotions page on here now but still cant access my online profile storage, it doubly frustrating knowing its sitting there, check yours.

I started getting the error about 2 days ago. I found that if I got the error and shut off my Xbox and turned it back on I did not get the error again till after I shut it off for the night and turned it back on the next morning.

After about 5 days of "Unable to access your online profile storage" I haven't gotten the error since midnight now and finally got my dagger after I looked this morning. Still waiting for my amulet from DA:J though. Hopefully everyone else will start seeing some improvements. Also, what time of day has everyone noticed the error because I was thinking back and I got the error mostly from 8 am to 11 am central time more than I got it when I would play after I got home from work which is between 10:30 pm - 1200 am central time. Just a thought.

I think the error I've started getting is something like "You've timed out accessing your online character storage".

I started getting the error over the weekend and my online character profile hasn't updated since then.

 I finally realized even tho i registered my game on this site, i had not registered it on the EA site, which i thought was the reason none of my DAJ items appeared...

but alas, still no DLC items and now i just started getting that stupid "Unable to access" message...

freaking great.

Coming in with my two cents. Just figured out that I had to register my game twice. I have been getting this error for a little over a week now. When I registered and set up my profile, I had one time where everything seemed to run smoothly and both my xbox and the site were talking with each other. I came back and got back on my character, and once again I receive that error message.

Here is something I just noticed. I was logged on the social forums with my computer, and my xbox was having trouble logging on. I logged out on my com, then restarted Dragon Age. Got on fine with no error message. It could be related, I'm not entirely sure though since it's just me.

Been getting this error as well, mainly when trying to upload new characters done with the character creator, and sometimes when starting the game.

I have had this error since a few days as well. Somewhere in another thread I read about the social profile filling up with stuff instead of overwriting. So, I tried clearing it out by deleting my characters on the social site. Since I did that I no longer get the error in-game. I now only have the problem that neither the portrait nor his story-information shows. Regarding "The Edge" I've gotten that while having these errors, so for me it seems that that's not related.

I also got the Edge no problem, but have been getting this error only in the last few days. It doesn't seem to cause any issues though, unless it affects character uploads to the social site, but I've had that issue since release week, so who knows if they're related?

Same effect here, got all the DLC but can't get to the profile site. Been that way since about a week after launch.

i don't know if this will work for anyone else, but for m, i needed to set up the xbox "Extender" with my computer, now, it apearsas though i connect at least 3/4 times (doesn't really help with the portrait or updating stats, but at least the characters are showing up)

I've been getting this as well. I just checked the site here and apparently my game registration disappeared. I had it registered a few weeks ago, but I didn't get "The Edge." I wonder if that had anything to do with it. Sent an email off to support so we will see how that goes.



I'm curious to see if it updates better, or if the registration stays for that matter. Might give signing out a shot and see how it goes.

BW is starting to = Fail, in a big way..



makes me wonder how the SW:TOR will play out, being a fully online game and all, when they can barely get DLC right...

i've been getting this problem lately with this online storage timing out, For me it happens almost every other day. Not too much of a big deal though, doesn't affect my gameplay.

 I've been having the same problem.  The communication between the site and the game was working for a few days, but it hasn't updated since and I've been getting that error message every time I sign on.

My profile hasn't updated once since 11-23-09.

the character you see in my pic here, Human noble warrior, is shown at level 1 character creation. She's already completed the game. I'm playing a rogue now. The info on my mage who finished the game disappeared off my hard drive! It says on the update here, that he's level 22. But the whole last level of the tower and the archdemon fight, and the epilogue...all gone. Sad.
