This is not only 360 guys, I got same problems on PC verson when trying to upload screenshots.

Just recently tried to upload these screens therefor i didn't figure this issue till now.. rly strange, everything else is still running like the downloaded content fexs.

yea I cant seem to get my items from this site (the ones from DAJ) I dont think this site and my game are connecting keeps saying either there was an error trying to access my account or it times out while trying to access this site. Rly pissing me off seeing as I need the friggen deep helm for my armour set in game :S. Even when I dont get the message im still not getting the items. What was the point of putting an item on DAJ that is needed to complete the armour set u get from the downloadable WK sigh.

Same here, no profile pic, updates are wrong, and I can't get the lucky ring and some of the DL equipment for the life of me. I finished the game and many of the updates are wrong on my profile or just skipped areas. Then somehow updated when I did a reload before redcliff and decided to make some different decisions to see an alternate ending it updates :/



Anyway, I'm tierd of talking about the bugs and I can see why they would upload the info. It really is a good idea since they can use this information to continue your gameplay experience for any future releases. I'm just concerned that if they use this wrong information on the next DA (if there is one) it may affect your game experience... since it may be wrong not up to date etc. In that case they are just better off using the savegames to save the information they need.

Had this problem since day 1. Apparently Bioware will fix it... if they wanna fix it. Perhaps. Although it's not crucial by any means, but I love this kind of social tinkering. Hope we'll get something.

Give uploads some time. My Rogue just uploaded after getting to level 11, though I did use Duncan to give myself a boost.

Similar problem here: lost my internet yesterday (and was home all day after a medical test) but I assumed I would be able to play DA:O on my 360 since it's single player local. Not so! It was unable to verify that I had the "Edge" downloaded so it wouldn't let me load a single saved game and just booted me back to the main menu. When my internet came back the Edge was back but there was no way to download a local copy or ensure this didn't happen again. It seems if you can't even play without Live connectivity. Very very poor planning.

Edit: I too have had the above mentioned error 4 or 5 times but that hasn't affected actual gameplay for me like the situation above.

I get the error at startup also, char hasn't updated in about a month now. Too bad I like to use the site to read my Codex's, etc..

I think the problem is not with Bioware's servers but I think EA shutdown their servers because the amount of traffic the game was causing. EA's servers are mainly reserved for their sports games and not us lonely RPGers.

Thats bull**** since they have servers for anything that is multiplayer and they obvious can handle the traffic with all of the ****ty sports games that they put out every year.

That's not true, Fifa 10 servers are very bad this year.

Ok everyone calm down a minute I know a way that may kinda fix it, and too add its not the game its the DA servers lagging up with so manny people logging in at once. If you get this error just keep going, load you're game up as useual then wait till it says that it cannot connect to server profile. When you first load the save up stand perfectly still or don't move much, once it tells you this count to 3 and then reload the same game save. That seems to help mine out a bit but it doesnt work everytime. You have to realize we Xbox gamers are shareing a info server with PC folks so thats a lot of stuff for it to remember and handel at once.

Just to add my two cents in as well...i've been getting the same error message starting about 3 - 4 days after owning the game.  My profile is also about a month old.

I deleted my my char (on this site) and it re uploaded an updated char. I'm still seeing a 1005 error on this site, but I'm not getting the "cannot connect to dragon age servers glitch anymore".

I'm confused as to why EA has a "Technical Support" forum when they don't offer any help within the forum at all...seemingly.



Of course, I have the same issue as everyone else. I have the Xbox 360 and I'm not getting a communication between this site and my Xbox. I actually don't understand how the connection takes place when there's no where on this site to plug in your gamertag, and there's no where within the game to add your online profile from this site. Strange to me...

I've been getting it too. Only really irritates me when it won't let me upload a save because of an item in my inventory. As a side note, shouldn't those items be stored on our 360's and not dependent on internet access to the website?
