I'm having the same problem. Changing the date dident help and when I try to delete my characters information from the social network I get this this funny little message: Unable to connect to the on-line storage server.

Still having the problem, I want to change my avatar. But I can't acces my online profile storage.

Been getting this error since almost day one. As a result my X360 characters are sorely out of date and incorrect - especially for their picture, armor, weapons, etc.

so i guess this problem still hasnt been fixed, mine started 3rd december since that time ive had 36 dragon age characters and 22 full play throughs and nothing has changed

Okay, so it seems like this problem just started with me after I bought awakenings.  Maybe not even right away either (I'm not sure).  Anyway, I tried this method of deleting my profile characters.  None of my new Awakening characters were displayed.  Some had no image, they were all deleted, except one, that gave me a server error.  Then I looked at my profile activity.  New characters (my newest awakening characters) had been added almost immediately after I deleted the others.  I went back to Manage characters and deleted all the characters in there now.  The one that gave me a server error was deleted fine this time.  I logged on to my Xbox... and no error.  I should have tried the xbox after the first round of deleting, but didn't think to try it.

Could this whole problem be simply related to the number of characters stored on the profile?  Is there a limit?  It seemed like the "last" character (the one that gave me the server error when I tried to delete) was perhaps corrupted by adding more characters that were not stored properly.  Once I cleared room, the new characters could populate correctly? 

Anyway, I'm glad I don't get the error message anymore.

Yeah I've been getting this error message ever since I unlocked the stone giant and dragon armor that was free and now I cant access the stone giant in gameplay or the dragon armor. Help!!!

I've figured it out guys! I know the reason! For people deleting your characters saved on this website helped, because it looks for the characters on your xbox that agree with this website. If you delete a character on ur xbox/PS3/computer, you must delete it on this website too. Otherwise it is sent o a wild goose chase!

deleting your character dont work for me just says unable to, you no what the most funny thing is, when new dlc fourms come up the bioware team are always on there to talk about it to make you buy it, but you hardly ever seem them looking at the fourms that point out the problems that need to be fixed.

asking because usualy on xbox if you dont  update they kick you off xbox live

Half a year and NO ONE has bothered to care..PS3, 360, AND PC all have this and no one has an answer. I downloaded Shale and the Warden's Keep, up to now they work perfect, but I downloaded Awakening, DSC, and Return to Ostagar recently and none of them work because of the "Unable to blah blah because our servers suck" Only wasted about $50 on the last 3 DLCs the least you could do is make the pay worth it.

I also have the same problem. Thing is, mine never updated in the first place so I have no characters on here. I hope someone will find a solution.
