Tali's loyalty mission (speed run) - where I exploit the Soldier's storm speed, Adrenaline Rush, spawn points and a checkpoint to complete it in about 3 minutes.
And here's a more relaxed run, where I let Tali's AI Hacking do most of the work:

I hereby declare that I have the craziest run of the "Defend the hatch" part of LOTSB.
Edit: Now with annotations.

That was awesome. Some mercs never even made it out of the hatch before you blew them to bits.

Their damage output is downright scary, so I had to kill them ASAP. Arush makes for a wonderful charge-substitute, especially since you don't need a target.

@Mi-Chan Yeah, thats right, I always do it before the collector ship to get the viper. That's a long mission, but one of my favorite ones. It would be nice to have the Claymore when you face that asari at the end of the bridge
As soon as I've added annotations to the rest of LOTSB I'll boot the game.

Part 3: Prometheus Station
Part 4: Atlus Station
Here is the list of primary missions that I have left (in order):
- Arrival
- Samara's recruitment mission
- Reaper IFF
- Legion's Loyalty mission (Possibly. I may give Legion to Cerberus instead.)
- Suicide Mission

I'd say it helps the Claymore Soldier more than it helps a Vanguard, and I've seen some of the best Vanguards wear it.

Do you think Stimulating Conduits (+10% Storm speed legs) is worth it for the Claymore Soldier?

I haven't really noticed any difference to be honest. Just like I can't tell any difference between Shock Trooper and Commando. They look great though, which is just as important.
