Do you think Stimulating Conduits (+10% Storm speed legs) is worth it for the Claymore Soldier?

I'd say it helps the Claymore Soldier more than it helps a Vanguard, and I've seen some of the best Vanguards wear it.

I think it helps. For the Soldier, Commando has a +50% storm speed and Shock Trooper has +40% storm speed. So with the Stimulator Conduits, the Soldier has a +50% or +60% Storm Speed bonus. I am not sure how much difference that extra +10% makes, but I figure every little bit helps.

Yeah, I think it helps because you basically have to run instead of charge.  I pick it up right away and always use it ( even passing up the 10% heavy ammo armor piece ).

Of course now that we have the 15% heavy ammo boost from Arrival you can get two Cain shots off without the 10% armor piece.

That ending had me worried about you only using the claymore, but you pulled it off.

 Started the Arrival DLC:

Arrival part 1: Rescuing Doctor Kenson

I was only able to complete this section once without dying in about 40 attempts.

I completed the Object Rho battle using only the Claymore. I am uploading the video now.

As promised:

Arrival part 2: Battle for Object Rho

After about two dozen attempts, I finally completed it using only the Claymore shotgun. I abuse Adrenaline Rush and exploit some safe zones, but I did it.

you don't abuse it anymore than vanguards with charge . And with exclusive use of the claymore, you don't have a choice for point blank shots.
and no stasis on the ymir either .

great run.

Here is the rest of the Arrival DLC:

Arrival part 3: Activating the Project

Arrival part 4: Stabilizing the Reactor Core

Arrival part 5: Escaping the Asteroid

I started to use Neural Shock again, but not as much as I would have liked.

Rescuing Doctor Kenson - Claymore only.

It's surprisingly hard to play as aggressively as I usually do without proper squadmates. Pleased with the result though. :wizard:

Miranda's loyalty mission:

Miranda's loyalty mission part 1: The Tower

Miranda's loyalty mission part 2: Captain Enyala

I am finally starting to use Neural Shock again. All that solo play and synthetic-heavy missions has made me rusty.

Samara's recruitment mission

I usually do better on this mission, so I am not all that happy with the results. I kept dying in the same spot, so this is actually 2-3 runs spliced together. I ended up replaying this mission (without filming it) and did a little better since I took it a little slower.

I should mention that I will be doing the Reaper IFF mission next. I currently plan to give Legion to Cerberus so I will not be filming Legion's loyalty mission, unless someone wants to convince me otherwise.

@red I recorded the Reaper IFF with my claymore soldier, but did not upload it - It was ugly, hope you have better luck. Legion, come on, that guy is money with the widow on the SM.

I just completed the Reaper IFF mission. I broke it into 3 parts. It will take some time to edit and upload it. I will upload them in the next couple of days.

And I activated Legion so I will be recording his loyalty mission next.

yea! I like Legion.  Will be interested in how you handled the husks.  I had a devil of a time because the claymore was too slow for all them husks.   I know CaolIla used Samara and Mordin, but I guess we'll see how you did it.

I never run up there to deal with the gunship. Seems very effective.

The Claymore worked fine for me; I used the reload trick extensively. I avoided husks by circling and strafing a lot. A couple of times I got surrounded and used Adrenaline Rush to run away.

Cryo ammo really shines in this level. I used Mordin and Jack, although I really should have used Samara instead of Jack. I couple of times when I used her pull, I ended up pulling an Abomination into me causing Shepard to perform the fire dance; Samara's throw would have been more useful instead of Jack's pull.

I wish I had recorded my second run through, where I did much better. I ended up destroying it by standing directly under it.
