would probably be the best news of the year.  Instead, we'll have to content ourselves with the fact the trademark has been renewed.

I want another AC 4X game... but I would accept an FPS if it meant drumming up more interest in the franchise... which maybe would lead to another 4X game.  An FPS set in the story loosely put forward by the technology quotes could be fun to play.  It would be a great change from the "redo history" BS that Civ offers.  I want a 4X game that leads someplace unknown and the technology the game world offers could do that.

This time around, I want corporations and churches and covens and research coops that you can deploy like agents to go out and do proxy battles for you for resources and wealth.  Some kind of change up to the boring old Civ formula.

If Syndicate is making a come back...  maybe AC will too.  ^_^

The Alpha Centauri game was a change up in the Civilization formula because it was heavily in favor of the attacker. It didn't take ages just to take one settlement. Anyways, I just hope they come back with the incredibly smart, existential quotes. I just hope my PC can play the damn thing.
