can i use the download content i bought on xbox on pc as well? the cerberus code doesnt work as i would assume. Couldnt find anything about this. Thanks.

Contact EA support. Technically no, you cant, but some reps will transfer the DLC across, but others wont. You can only try and see how it goes.
