There's a problem with my password/login info and I cannot download any DLC. Even though the forum and Bogsnot have been very helpful, I still cannot download DLC.
I've been trying to get a response from EA since the 1st week in July.
No response to... forgot name/password. No response to any e mails sent to customer service regarding... Live Chat .. I need live chat, or someone, to look at my account info and help straighten it out.
Whatever account names I used, years ago, to purchase Bio Points, I can't remember. EA won't help. I have many $$ in Bio Points and cannot use them. I've tried all the combinations of User Name/Passwords I ever used, and nothing works.
I was able to download DLC for Dragon Age, but the name I used for that, isn't working. So I don't know what else to do.
Does ANYONE know how to get these people to respond to my issue.
