Does anyone know how to get EA's customer service to respond.

There's a problem with my password/login info and I cannot download any DLC.  Even though the forum and Bogsnot have been very helpful, I still cannot download DLC.

I've been trying to get a response from EA since the 1st week in July.

No response to...  forgot name/password.  No response to any e mails sent to customer service regarding...  Live Chat ..  I need live chat, or someone, to look at my account info and help straighten it out.

Whatever account names I used, years ago, to purchase Bio Points, I can't remember.  EA won't help.  I have many $$ in Bio Points and cannot use them.    I've tried all the combinations of User Name/Passwords I ever used, and nothing works.

I was able to download DLC for Dragon Age, but the name I used for that, isn't working.  So I don't know what else to do.

Does ANYONE know how to get these people to respond to my issue.

I cant recall how to get to live chat from EA's support site, but it should be there. Alternatively, you can send a PM to EA_AgentX on these forums asking for help. He/she is fairly active and might be able to help, or at least point you in the right direction.
If you are in the US, there is also a phone number you can call to contact EA support.

Hi again. Early last month, I used the link you gave me for Live chat, but can't get any further cause of the log in issue. I've sent several requests for user name etc, but have not received one reply. E mails to customer service get ignored also.

Yes, I'm in Alaska. I tried a phone number I managed to find, and got a recording that it was not available from my area. So, no way to reach them by phone... no way by chat .. no way by e mail .. %*&#($

Should have known you'd come through. Sorry, but I couldn't follow the directions and link you gave me awhile back. I'm not computer savy, and couldn't figure out how to do all the stuff you suggested. I did tell you to keep it very simple, you did try, but I probably know even less than you think I do.

How do I send a PM to AgentX .. Thanks again..

And (I know it's hard) but try not to get frustrated with any one certain rep. If one can't do something, then the next one just might be able to. Hopefully, you will get a friendly/capable one the next try. Some are not nearly as helpful/knowledgeable as others, unfortunately, and then there are others who are extremely helpful...but then can't help you. It is annoying, but just plod onward and someone will be able to fix it for you. Take a deep breath...
