No. The comic at the start of the game only gives you main mission based choices from ME1, and doesnt deal with minor side quests.

One of many unfortunate omissions and the reason I will be building myself a better PC to play the entire series and get all of these "minor" aspects into one Shepard.
Currently I can only run ME1, so I play 2 on my PS3.
