Okay, so I've followed a few tutorials on YouTube about creating your own area/level, but every time I try to export it withOUT dependant resources (like they do in the video, so I assume that this is how it is done), I get an error saying:

Cannot load the addins.xml file. Unable to verify

I have checked the location on my computer and it is where it is supposed to be - according to the wiki. I have the Ultimate edition of Dragon Age Origins and the addins.xml file is completely untouched. Any help is much appreciated, but if I'm unable to solve it, I might have to uninstall and then reinstall the toolset and/or the game.

I've done a search, but I haven't been able to solve my problem, please help me! :(

Problems I currently have:
1)'Cannot load the addins.xml file. Unable to verify' when exporting.
2)When I open a new file in the Toolset, I am able to go into "My Documents -> Bioware -> Packages -> Core -> Override ->ToolSet Export", but when I try to see it normally (without using the Toolset), it's invisible. The same goes for the modules I have created in the AddIns folder.

do you run the toolset as admin?

I've tried running it as admin, but it just comes up with the same error. I've also downloaded the face morphs for the companions today, and whenever I try to export the custom faces I've made, the error comes up again.

Also, when I open up genfl_morrigan.mrh (for example), it is read-only. How can I edit it?

The ones that appear as read-only are checked-in, right click on them in the palette and check the mout.

I can't find it in the palette. I've been opening them by going to File -> Open. They're located in Global, but I can't seem to find them in the palette.

Oh... forgot Facemorphs weren't in the palette. IIRC, .mor are the editable kind, .mrh are the posted kind.

I just checked and all the facemorphs I downloaded are .mrh files. Can I convert them somehow, or do I need to download the .mor files?

If anyone's reading this with the same issues, I solved the 'read only' problem. Turns out all I had to do was go File -> Save As.

I've got the exact same problem and I still don't know how to fix it? (Cannot load the AddIns.xml file. Unable to verify). Somebody, anybody, please help.
