Honestly tho, I don't see how BW could do that...except maybe epilogue...because the impact on the story would be too divergent. It would be a different reality for femshep vs. sheploo..and wat abt s/s? It would be too many major ways they'd have to write it in and have "Shepard" deal with it.

If Femshep or a female romanced character got pregnant, BioWare would have to add a bunch of fetch quests to satisfy the preggo's constant cravings.

The characters grow, though.
If loyal, Miranda hangs up on TIM during the final mission.
Ashley opens up to non-humans in ME1.
And your complaints about the rest of the characters are just picking nits.

As late as after Virmire Ashley is not fond of Liara who is the only one she mentions. Just because you can't bring up a topic again after the initial conversation does not mean their attitude has changed. Pressly changed, we know that from his log, I never saw the evidence in Ash, not to mention the way both her and Kaidan treated me in ME 2, bye bye.

Liara improves in ME2, but you can't, as far as I can tell, enter a relationship with her in that game if you didn't have one already.

You go start a relationship with a dying person and see how you like it, get back to me.

Miranda, well, you STILL had to convince her after the final battle if you want to disobey the Illusive Man, that's not much for growth.

There are plenty of reasons why male shep couldn't. Perhaps he shoots blanks, perhaps the lazeras project made him steril, perhaps he lost his testicles in a bragging contest with a krogan. You get the idea.

Only Ashley, Kaiden, and Jacob could have an actual child with Shepard. Maybe Jack but I think thats pushing it.

Tali, Thane, and Garrus can't because they're aliens.

Miranda can't because she's incapable of reproduction. I feel like Jack may be as well, but thats a different story.

Liara can only have an Asari baby.

Things can change. Nothing is set in stone, but anyhow. Kids only in the epilogue, pwease. I don't necessarily need them, but it could be a nice touch for some.
