Next week, BioWare will be in Cologne Germany for Gamescom and we're bringing Mass Effect 3, Star Wars: The Old Republic and Dragon Age II with us.

The Mass Effect 3 booth will be in the EA section of Hall 6. Come out and play an expanded demo of Mass Effect 3 (yes, similar to the demo played at Comic Con, but now with.... more demo action. I shall say no more.) on both the Xbox 360 or PC as well as different language choice.

Come to the EA Community Lounge Theater on Saturday August 20 at 2:00pm and watch an exclusive Mass Effect 3 presentation with Mass Effect 3 team member Mike Gamble. The EA Community Lounge Theater is in CC North and only seats 80 people. You must be 18+ to attend. Come out and meet Mike Gamble and watch the awesome Mass Effect 3 presentation only available to fans at Gamescom. We will be recording for BioWare Pulse TV for those not in attendance. If you want to ask the team at Gamescom a question, please send it through the Mass Effect feed @masseffect.

I'll also be wandering the convention halls randomly tweeting out my location. Fans who find me will be given some cool swag. I'm always keen to meet our fans, so look for me on the show floor and I'll be happy to talk about Mass Effect 3, Dragon Age and BioWare.

Not getting my hopes up on BW's definition of an 'expanded' demo. Hope to be proven wrong, but yeah...

Sounds awesome. Only wish i could fly all the way to Germany, let alone LA for E3.
Maybe with this demo, there might be downloadable one soon...?

On saturday Gamescom opens at 9am. So we'll have to queue up for 5 hours for a chance to get one of just 80 seats for a mystery presentation held by Mr. Gamble, while Mr. Hudson isn't even attending Gamescom (no offence to Mr. Gamble)? I think I'll pass on this one.
