While Tali in ME1 is probably the most boring character from both Mass Effect squads, I would definitely not call her annoying. She even got an upgrade to "interesting character" in ME2.

Fargut was annoying. It also annoyed me when Chambers said I had mail when I didn't.

I know, I hate X so much, why can't he just B when I want? Instead he just Js when I want him to L.

Turian Councilor by a long shot.

I know it's exactly what Bioware intended, but the council pissed me off to no end in ME1, haha.

Chambers is purely fanservice, a shallow character. Kaiden is a close second. Jacob still takes it though. I like all the other characters.

I kind of got used to Kelly after a while.

For me, it's the Turian councilor. I swear, this guy is a bigger threat than the Reapers. No matter what you do, no matter how good you come across, this guy is just hell bent on pissing all over your day. I honestly think the Coucil would be more accepting of Shepard's Reaper theories if he wasn't around.
