I hate Donnel Udina with the fire of a thousand suns! Jacob is so... Jacob. Yet, I can't bring myself to kill him because I want to see what happens to him after ME2.

ME1 Liara - Creepy Stalker is creepy. Tali was NO WHERE on this level creepy. Liara was really AWESOME in ME2 and LotSB though, she became BADASS somewhere along the line... but she's still a stalker.

Ashley - I almost always avoid her being the VS and I've never romanced her. She annoys the f%$# outta me with her racist, religious attitude and her bad bad REALLY bad poetry. <_<

Udina - It's not fair Anderson is the only one who can punch him damnit.

ME1 Council - WHY YOU NO BELIEVE IN REAPERS FOR!?

Jacob - Jacob doesn't so much... annoy me as I'm always left staring at him and wondering '...what do I do with you? ._. '. Wasted potential as the most baddass black male in a game. I also didn't like that I kinda felt FORCED into romancing him sometimes.

LOL if you weren't joking I'd have question why you play these games at all.  If that many characters annoyed me I'd never make it passed Eden Prime.

At least on one of my Sheps I wanted them to turn around upon hearing that and put a bullet in his head, followed by saying "Own this!"

Due to his location I find it far more easier to run into him saying that than the 2 asari.

Actually I don't really find him annoying, I just wish they could've come up with some more dialogue for them or basically after they've said the line once they just shut up and don't repeat themselves.

He's only a dick to you if you let the council die in ME 1.  He is a nice guy to those of us that saved the Destiny Acension.

That Turian Shopkeeper is hilarious!!! I love his miming a hunt "there you are, stalking your prey..".

Oh, my annoyances, erm, Liara a bit, Tali a bit, Miranda a lot. I just avoid talking to characters that annoy me though, so I can't say I hate any of them (and sometimes I kill them on suicide missions...)

I find even the annoying ones add something to the story - gah now I sound like Pollyanna ;-)
