I like all of the characters, but there are a few that get on my nerves sometimes.

Jack - I get it, but it gets old. She sounds like a really angry teenager and it can be grating. Speaking of which exactly how old is she?

Jacob - He was just dull. I feel like there was some wasted potential there though.

Garrus - Next time you want to talk to Shepard you can be damn sure she'll be calibrating something.

Aria - Trust me, you really don't want to step to Shepard, you're probably not nearly as badass as you think you are.

Miranda...actually doesn't annoy me. She did at first but she makes sense to me now. I guess I figure she has no more reason to trust you than you have to trust her. Though when she was yelling at Joker after the crew was abducted I wanted my Shep to fly across the room and punch her in the face. That's about it though.

For me the most annoying character in Mass Effect is HARBINGER! He never shuts up, He comes off more like a school yard bully pushing people around the playground making stupid threats.
I'm holding out hope that Harbinger turns out to be a mental patient who managed to escape from his padded room at the Reaper YOU EXIST, BECAUSE WE ALLOW IT, YOU WILL END, BECAUSE WE DEMAND IT HOSPITAL OF MENTAL HEALTH and somehow along the way gained control of the collectors without the other reapers noticing. That could explain ME2's human shaped reaper that didn't have much to say other then the occasional "OOOOWWWAAAAGGGHHHH!" . So lets hope that in ME3 the other Reapers manage to place Harbinger back on his daily medication that will at least tone him down in the conversation department and to have him less likely to start up questionable reaper construction projects. Because I don't think I could stand to listen to anymore of Harbinger's, "This hurts you, This is Power, We fight as one, You can't Resist, This is what you face, The forces of the universe bend to me, Our power is unmatched, Nothing stands against us, Face your annihilation, You are bacteria, You are short sighted" and lets not forget, "You will know pain, Shepard". Lets also keep Harbinger away from reaper development projects because knowing him he'll probably try for a McDonald's Happy Meal shaped reaper and quote its the salvation of your destruction or something.

Turian: Ah yes "Reapers", we have dismissed this claim.

I know it's exactly what Bioware intended, but the council pissed me off to no end in ME1, haha.

Oh I hands down agree with this.  Turian Councilor is a cloaca.  And a Bosh'tet  No doubt about it.

jacob for me is the most uninteresting character in the game.
Ah, i like kelly, but when she tells me i have mail and someone wants to talk to me every freaking time i pass near the deck i would like to choke her.

Harbinger annoyed the hell out of me, with half of the crap he shouted at me during the campaign.

Miranda.

In the game in general she comes across as arrogant, bossy, and a little passive-aggressive (though that might just be the voice). But so does DAO's Morrigan, so I thought Miranda might be more appealing after pursuing her dialogue path. Turns out that just adds the fact that she's insecure. So yeah, annoying.

Also, though it's not her fault, is the the way the camera repeatedly shoves her backside in my face.

Characters I find annoying? None. I mean I don't like some characters as much as others, but there's no one particular character that I hate being around.

other than that Udina, I bloody hate him, he's so condescending.
And the C-sec and  the Volus ( kor-tun )sp?  who have the Quarian for taking Kor-tuns credit chit. I have a thing for underdogs. I dont know why.

I am with Kentu on this one, repeated lines did get old but I thought all the characters even minor ones were pretty good. (blasto may have been pushing it heh).

Strangely I like the Turian counciler a lot. Maybe hes holding a bit of old anti-human sentiment and hes a smart ass, but he at least has the quads not to bend over and kiss boot just cause its Shepard... Its gonna take mo re than yes men to win this and I hope to bring him around despite or past.

And poor old Conrad, I sure do not remember waving a gun in your face but if you say so heh. For me he is good comedy relief. Plus if you think hard You have met him real life, in my case it tends to be girlfriends who idolized to the point of near worship Norma err ms. Monroe or Betty page (ya ya I am older) I dont get it but there out there and thats just actresses Shepards a damn Hero
