Chambers is purely fanservice, a shallow character. Kaiden is a close second. Jacob still takes it though. I like all the other characters.

The Council annoys me to. Shepard tells them a threat is coming, and they don't do anything. Common sense would be if someone told me a threat was coming I would prepare for it, and not sit on my butt until it was to late.

After ME1, yes, they should have taken Shepard's warnings more seriously. But before, Shepard didn't have any evidence besides his word. He may as well been wearing a tin foil hat, shouting "The end is upon us!".

I can kind of see where the council is coming from. If someone told you that aliens were coming to destroy the Earth and they had no solid proof I'm 99.99% sure you wouldn't do anything because it sounds preposterous.DarkPsylocke26 wrote...

Really, what was XO Pressly and Chamber's job, per se? As near as I can tell, they surf the internet all day. The game tells you Pressly takes over when you're off ship, but I don't think you ever see him do anything in your stead. And Chamber's job can basically be summed up as 'Being Nosey'.
