I can kind of see where the council is coming from. If someone told you that aliens were coming to destroy the Earth and they had no solid proof I'm 99.99% sure you wouldn't do anything because it sounds preposterous.

Same here, it's like the 2012 thing, pretty much everyone knows it's BS, but there are still people who take it seriously ((or at least there were last I checked)), In ME1 Shep is pretty much one of the crazies, though at least the council respects him/her enough to at least consider it. In ME2 its a PR issue, though the way they just bruch it off and don't prepare at all ((as far as we see)) is damn annoying.

I just replayed Jacob's loyalty mission, so I'd have to say Ronald Taylor annoys me most, bleh, I just want to sock that guy in the face. Same with Anoleis sometimes,

Jack always annoyed me too. She tries to act all tough but she can't help herself from whining all the time and I think she's actually the weakest character in the squad. I'm interested if facing her weakness in her loyalty mission made her less of a crybaby in ME3.

The most annoying?

Delan from Horizon. Shepard saves his ass, then he complains that Shepard can't magically make the other colonists reappear and blames the whole thing on the Alliance. What a twit. Just the kind of man whose harvesting by the Reapers I won't regret much.

well to be fair, the salarians did nothing wrong to the rachni. they were simple explorers trying to discover new worlds and civilizations. kinda like in star trek. to boldly go where no salarian has gone before.
the rachni saw the salarians and went "EXTERMINATE! EXTERMINATE!"

Gameplay mechanic aside, the supposedly "best of the best" having daddy issues to be tended to was sometimes getting to me. But I understood the hook

I don't think I dislike anyone that way. I don't agree with some characters' viewpoints, but that only means they're well-written. If I really had to nitpick, I'd say... the C-Sec guy on the quarian VS volus case. Just off the top of my head. And Al-Jilani. God I hate her.
