Someone needs to write a Kaidan/Garrus confrontation, I have a feeling that it'd be hilarious x)
I'll take a crack at this in writing format (dwi

"Comman - ...Shepard." It was thirty minutes until the drop, and she was loading thermal clips into her pistol - wasn't much good against Reapers, but every bit of extra ammo counted. Shepard tapped the side of the gun against her palm and watched the clip shoot out, silently waiting for Kaidan to continue. "We should talk."
"Not right now." Shepard leveled her side arm against a target on the far side of the room. "I need you to stay focused, Kaidan - we can talk as soon as this is over."
"The three of us might not be here when this is over, Shepard, and we all know it." That was a different voice; Shepard looked over her shoulder to see Garrus standing next to Kaidan, hands folded behind his back. Damn.
She lowered her pistol. "Okay. Let's talk."
"Shepard, I...I know what I said - back on Horizon -" Kaidan stumbled over his words. "- hurt you. I really thought you'd abandoned us...or worse, that Cerberus was controlling you. I said some things, and so did you, and...and to be honest, I still don't know where that left us."
"Or where I fit in," Garrus said suddenly, mandibles flaring. He took a sudden step forward - and then shrunk back again, as if chastened. "I - I mean...Commander, I had no idea you were already in a relationship until Horizon. Too busy calibrating the Mako, I guess," he shrugged, and only sounded like he was half-joking. "But it seemed like...spirits, you only said you wanted to blow off steam, Shepard. And if that's all you - if that's all it was, I can...respect that. But when you..." The turian trailed off. Shepard and Kaidan watched in silence as his hand drew up and traced across the scars on his right mandible. After a long moment had passed, Garrus merely shook his head. "I just...I thought.."
He looked at Kaidan helplessly. The biotic quietly breathed in, eyes clenching in sympathy before opening and turning to Shepard. "And as for me...I meant everything I said in that letter, Shepard. I still do. I've never met a woman who makes me feel like I mean more than a speck of dust in a galaxy like this. When you died, I didn't know what to do with myself, and when you came back...well, I still didn't, as you probably could have guessed. But now you're here, and..."
He stepped forward, hand drifing to his chestplate. "...I want to be with you, Shepard." Then the same hand lifted from his chest and gestured to Garrus, who had quietly stepped forward as well. "We both do."
"But there's only one person whose opinion matters," Garrus muttered. His eyes drew up, flickered to Kaidan's, and then to hers. Mandibles drawn close to his face, his voice lowered. "Shepard...maybe we're all crazy, looking for it while the galaxy's blown halfway to hell with the rest on its way. But if there's any happiness out there...we just want you to find it."
Kaidan smiled a smile that was just a little forced. "No matter who it's with."

Okay one, I am disgustingly horrible at mushy goo-goo, and two, the IC/OOC line is getting blurry from over here, so I'll just stop it there. Anyway, Shepard's choices at this point would look something like:
-"I've moved on, Kaidan."
-"I never meant to hurt you, Garrus."
-"Am I being punked? We have a galaxy to save, you sissies. I don't want a bunch of wilting flowers watching my back!"
