This is my second time playing the game after I played and finished it
ages ago. I installed the game and completely forgot about the DLC and I
am already about 8 hours
in and was just wondering if in order to
be able to use the DLC do I need to start the game again or can I simply

just continue from where I am using the DLC?

You can install it at any time and it should work just fine.
